These water-based classes reduce impact on joints by 90% (in comparison to land-based workouts), enabling those who cannot participate in land-based classes to increase their strength and aerobic endurance without putting unnecessary strain on their joints! Classes offered: Level 1 Aqua Fitness with gentle stretching. This class is great for those with arthritis. Level 2 Aqua Fitness includes use of pool noodles, stretching, and moderate movement set to background music. This class is similar to Barre Class done on land. Evening Aqua Fitness classes include Boot Camp which is the highest intensity water fitness class we offer. You will sweat in the water!
