Jason Clyde is a NASM certified personal trainer who enjoys working with individuals of all levels. Having been in the Army, he brings a drive that will push you to reach your potential. You can find him teaching Bootcamp and Silver Sneakers Yoga. Jason enjoys helping others reach their goals whether it be functionality, weight loss, or increasing strength and performance. His specialties currently entail weight loss, corrective exercise (injury prevention), and tactical fitness. Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey or are just looking to experience something new, Jason can provide a program that will challenge you and help you grow.
