About Our Classes
Be Healthy, Be Strong, Belong
Have fun and get fit in a safe, motivating setting! Taught by certified instructors, our group fitness classes provide community, accountability and guidance in how to properly perform the exercises. The result is lasting friendships and a workout routine that you'll want to stick with!
Age Guidelines
- Members age 13 and over participate in all group exercise classes.
- Members age 7 to 12 years old only may participate in classes with instructor approval and they are accompanied by an adult (at least 18-years-old) who is participating in the class. A waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian.
Safety Guidelines
- Members must follow the class guidelines and instructor’s directions.
- It is highly recommended that you see a physician before beginning an exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
