The next RunFit Plus training class starts on March 20 with an informational meeting on Tuesday, March 13 at 5:30. We will focus our attention to speed work. We can prepare you for the Joplin Memorial Marathon, Half Marathon, or 5K on Saturday, May 19.

Cost: $80 for members; $100 for nonmembers (includes the cost day passes for nonmembers & a performance T-shirt!)
