RunFit Plus helps you increase your oxygen intake for a proven, mathematically-based training method to improve your performance on race day!
The next RunFit Plus training class starts on Sept. 11 with an informational meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 28 at 5:30. We will focus our attention to speed work. We can prepare you for the Bass Pro Half Marathon, 10K, or 5K in Springfield on November 4.

Class Dates: Sept. 11 - Oct. 30 (Race Day is Nov. 4!)
Prerequisites: Injury free, consistent runners

Cost: $80 for members; $100 for nonmembers (includes the cost day passes for nonmembers & a performance T-shirt!)
